Details: The ILB was launched to assist with two persons drifing out to sea from Winthorpe avenue.
The Inflatable was observed by the local coastwatch station as the crew gathered at Skegness.
On arrival to the scene it was apparent that the two people had made their own way ashore.
The Lifeboat returned to Skegness and was made ready for service once again.
Outcome: NOT REQUIRED.
