Details: The ALB was requested to Launch for the second time on the 11th July 2007, the Crew assembled once again and prepared for launch.
This time a request had being made from a cable laying rig anchored up off Skegness, the request was for a medical evacuation, follwoing a worker, injuring himself on board.
Launching immediately the ALB arrived within minutes, Bringing the ALB alongside, Dr Sharrock was transfered onto the rig and made an initial assessment of the injured man.
A quick assessment of the man revealed he needed further treatment, and to be transfered to hospital.
The injured male was brought onto the Lincolnshire Poacher and taken to Skegness Central beach, were an ambulance was waiting to transfer him to Boston Pilgrim Hospital.
Following the transfer, the ALB was once again made ready for service.
